Crude Oil Production
Full-conversion refining complex processing 200,000 barrels per day. State-of-the-art CDU, RFCC, hydrocracker, and delayed coker units deliver Euro 5-compliant products to global markets.
Altanetiva is a world-class energy conglomerate at the forefront of crude oil production, floating refinery technology, LNG production, and strategic pipeline infrastructure across the globe.
Discover Our OperationsAltanetiva stands at the vanguard of global energy infrastructure. We are not merely participants in the energy sector — we are architects of its future. From the deep waters of the Gulf of Guinea to the strategic shipping lanes of the Atlantic, our operations span the entire hydrocarbon value chain.
Our vertically integrated model encompasses crude oil production, pioneering floating refinery technology, LNG production and sales, and extensive pipeline networks that connect production to market with unmatched efficiency. Every barrel we move, every molecule we liquefy, every vessel we deploy represents our unwavering commitment to powering the world.
With Axmarine B.V. as our exclusive maritime logistics partner, we maintain sovereign control over our supply chain — from wellhead to offtake. This integration delivers cost advantages, operational certainty, and strategic flexibility that standalone operators cannot match.
The Floating Refinery Export Facility represents an $8.59 billion infrastructure investment to construct the world's first twin-hull, full-conversion floating refinery complex. Operating in international waters under the Marshall Islands flag, Project FREF will deliver 200,000 barrels per day of Euro 5-compliant refined products with unprecedented logistical flexibility and zero-tax operational efficiency.
Project FREF utilizes two converted ULCC vessels — TITAN-1 and TITAN-2 — each providing 100,000 BPD of full-conversion refining capacity. The integrated fleet includes dedicated power generation barges, accommodation vessels, FSO storage tankers, and security patrol vessels.
The process train features CDU/VDU, Residue FCC, Hydrocracker, Delayed Coker, CCR Platforming, and full treating facilities — producing Euro 5 gasoline, EN590 diesel, Jet A-1, and petrochemical feedstock.
